earlgreytea68  , arctacuda  , rosa_acicularis  , and misssara11   all had roles in bringing this story to pass—but it’s earlgreytea68   who I really must single out in this, the final post of TWoT. She kindly agreed to beta for me last February, and has stuck with me ever since; we started as acquaintances, and I now count her as one of my very dear friends. The importance of her suggestions, her guidance, and her general willingness to enable my Peter/Rose fascination cannot be overstated. Here’s the thing, though: As amazing a beta as she is—and really, it’s not hyperbole to say she’s incredible—she’s a truly brilliant writer in her own right. I’ve learned an incredible amount working with you, EGT, and I thank you very, very much for the joyous experience.

I honestly can’t find words to express how much I’ve enjoyed posting this story these past six months. I had no idea I’d meet so many wonderful people—and make several friends—because of the shared interest in Peter Carlisle. Further, you all have been nothing short of incredible as readers—I’ve spent countless (enjoyable) hours both reading and participating in conversations as a result of chapters, and I’m going to sorely miss knowing I’ll have a coffee klatch with whom to discuss Peter and Rose every Monday and Thursday.
